Watch the Video
In an empty, silent world, a character discovers a mysterious book that launches them on an extraordinary journey through the humanities. As they explore archaeology, anthropology, history, religion, literature, art, and music, they develop senses, emotions, and ultimately their humanity.
This collaborative project between Annlin Chao and Prof. Jo Sofaer, supported by the Humanities in the European Research Area (HERA), brings together animators and researchers to demonstrate why the humanities are vital to understanding our identity and navigating global challenges.
